Your Path to Healing and Transformation 1:1 Programme

This is a 3 month bespoke holistic health programme tailor made just for your unique self. We will meet up onec every two weeks, via Zoom for powerful 1:1 coaching sessions. The sessions will be focused on yoga and trauma release techniques, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, self-inquiry and reflection practices. You will have full access to me via Voxer and email so whenever you feel you need support and guidance along the way, I will be there to guide you. 

At the end of our time together, you will have an embedded wellbeing and self-care practice and a deep understanding of your needs and desires. You will feel fully connected to your understanding of self and feel confident and motivated to continue on this path.

I will give you my complete focus and ensure you are supported every step of the way, as I believe with the right support and guidance you can truly step into your greatest and highest self.

For true healing and transformation to occur the integration of mind and body practices are essential.

My 1:1 coaching programme is a blend of personal development techniques, a neuroscience-based approach to mindfulness, the ancient teachings of yoga, meditation and breathwork, as well as trauma release techniques. It is a bespoke transformational practice created just for you.

This is What You Will Receive

Pre Coaching Questionnaire

Specifically designed to help you gain clarity in what it is you wish to achieve during our time together. This will inform our approach to meet your specific needs.

90 mins Start Up Session

We will meet on Zoom and we will discuss your responses to the questionnaire and we will explore what your unique needs are and how I can best support you on your journey to health and wellbeing. This will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and to clarify what your needs and goals are moving towards a fulfilled and contented life. This session will include yoga therapy techniques to explore the deeper aspects of self and we will be exploring posture, alignment, anatomy and any habitual patterns that may be causing discomfort in the body. From there we will create a bespoke yoga and mindfulness practice to support you on this journey.

6 x 90 minute Coaching Session

Every second week we will meet up on Zoom for a personalised coaching session. These sessions will include a combination of embodied practices depending on your specific needs. From these sessions, we will devise a home practice for you to use between our sessions together. All sessions will be recorded so you can refer back to them whenever you wish. 

Power of Inquiry

With the guidance of a teacher, the inquiry part of this programme can be really profound. With this sort of guidance, we can explore and interpret your emotions, identify habits and patterns, and investigate thoughts, actions, urges, resistance, and reactivity at a deeper level. In this way, we create an environment for learning and change.

Guided Meditations

You will receive a variety of downloadable guided meditations to support your practice. These practices will range from formal mindfulness meditations to meditations specifically designed for you; supporting sleep, relieving anxiety, acceptance, pain management, addiction, trauma and more.

Breath Work

Integrating breathwork practices can help to build lung capacity, regulate the nervous system and help to release and process suppressed emotions in the body. Every two weeks I will introduce a new practice for you to integrate into your self-care practices.

Reflection

Reflection is an important part of a mindful life. You will receive a reflection guidebook that will support you throughout our time together and beyond. This guidebook will also look at intentions, goal setting and creating a clear vision of how to move forward and create the life you want to live.

Voxer and Email support

You will have full access to me on both Voxer and email where you can ask questions and get support on thoughts, reflections and insights between our coaching sessions.

I'm Lorna and I am a transformation and embodiment coach and it is my mission to guide you in living a life with more calm, resilience, and joy so that you can live the life you dream of.

For the past two decades, I have dedicated my time to my own healing journey. I learned to tune into the wisdom of my body and heart, and move from a place of denial to acceptance and compassion.

Through my training and expertise in Embodied Practices and Trauma Release Techniques, I know the most effective way of overcoming dis-ease in the body and mind is by focusing on a holistic approach. Research reveals that faster and more long-term healing occurs through the intelligent integration of mind and body practices.

I will create a space for you, where you are seen, heard and understood. Where you feel supported, motivated and inspired to embrace that which makes you feel whole and complete.
